Citi Super introduced 24-hour grocery services, snacks on the go, hot and cold beverages, dessert include black vanilla charcoal ice-cream, fresh pastries, buns, souvenirs and gifts for local and especially tourists. 

Citi Super offers a variety of local food products from all over Malaysia which are from Sabah, Melaka, Kedah, Pulau Pinang, Johor, and so on. The food products from some of the districts in Sabah, include coffee from Tenom, Sabah tea from Ranau, EcoYap fresh milk from Keningau, amplang from Tawau and anchovies’ snacks from Sandakan.

Each Citi Super store carries over 19 different local brands. There are a variety of services available at Citi Super, including E-Pay services, the sale of mobile phone reloads cards or top-ups, phone and TV bill payments with Digi, Celcom, Maxis, Astro, and photocopying services.
